Due to the custom nature of this product, our standard return policy does not apply. If the product is defective due to manufacturing, please contact us, and we will promptly arrange a replacement.

Production time: All orders are processed within 2 - 4 business days.

Shipping time: Typically it takes up to 9 - 15 business days to arrive at an address. This time is from the date that it is shipped out, not the day the order is placed.

Tracking number: When available, we will send you the tracking number with the confirmation email so that you can track the package online.

Exchange, return & refund
If your product is defective, not as described, or there is any issue caused by our mistake, dont worry. Just send us an email at support@concatdraw.com and we will make it right by offering you a replacement or refund.

In case you put the wrong information in your order or you change your mind about products's attribute when you receive them (you want to up/down size, prefer another color, ....), we are happy to exchange your items at a reasonable fee.
